When another plumbing company in this area put me in a tight jam I knew I needed a hero. And al marino was there for me. It was like night and day from their competition. The phone rep was so courteous and kind. The plumber came out the next day and was able to asses the situation and damages the previous plumber did and gave me a fair price. He worked his butt off all day to get my water leak fixed. They have got a new customer for life.
I had used Al Marino’s services in the past. But they had quit servicing Beckley on a regular basis. After exhausting all HVAC vendor contacts in Beckley, only offering a 10 day plus response time, due their alleged work load, I contacted Al Marino and spoke with Wanda, who surprisingly recognized my voice. I explained to her my repair dilemma and we set up an appointment for their service tech to respond the next day. He arrived in Beckley on time, investigated & resolved my HVAC problem efficiently. You cannot go wrong by employing their services.
The water company notified me that I had a service line leak on my side of the meter on a Monday. I called Rhonda at Al Mariano’s on Tuesday morning and had a quote from Mark before noon. The following day Mark and Andrew showed up and had my water problem fixed by the end of the day. Service like that is hard to beat. Many thanks to Al Marino and staff for a job well done!
