“We highly recommend Pawsome Pups for your furbabies. Getting help from a professional is not cheap, but we needed help, because we were faced with the decision of rehoming one of our dogs due to behavior. We scoured the internet for trainers, comparing prices, reviews, certifications, and methods. Our dog is reactive, fearful, and anxious. We were worried about sending her somewhere where they use shock collars and keep her for 4-6 weeks. We picked Bridget initially for her use of positive reinforcement, but the deal was sealed when we talked to her. She explained what the certifications are and which ones you want to look for. She also explained the difference between training methods, and we loved her no-nonsense (and often blunt) personality. We needed that because we didn’t realize how much we had spoiled our girl and had no idea what we were doing. She taught us how to communicate with our dog and how positive reinforcement doesn’t mean all sunshine and rainbows. We were able to take the tools Bridget gave us to use on our 17 month old looney toon as well. We can’t say thank you enough, Bridget!“

“Let me add to the excellent reviews that Tri State has received and are well deserved.I live in Harpers Ferry and this was the first time I used a kennel. So I was a little apprehensive at first, but asking people I knew, they all told me Tri State is the best ( for a lot of reasons) . My dog stayed 4 days in an indoor-outdoor cage all together 4 by 16 ft . This is their smallest cage and is $50 a day.I choose a daily walk around the pond for $15 for 20 minute walk. This is in addition to the play time she spent out doors, since she is small , most times it was just tge trainer and my dog ( it’s off season) .They texted me update as how she was doing - her tail wagging all the time. When I came to pick her up , I was a little jealous that she wasn’t all that excited to see me, the staff has a natural rapport with animals and she bonded with them right away. They provide personalized care and they mean it. As to eating habits , likes and dislikes , ( they recommended I bring her in house cage ( which I never close) so she would be comfortable with her toys and blankets , and it worked like a charm) .Now I can’t guarantee your dog will be treated and loved as much as my dog was since she is naturally so lovable as I was told that when I picked her up ( unless they tell all the owners that:) )Hey - it’s a great place , I could tell by everyone I met , that are all animal people who love their job.The facility is spotless. They have a substantial professional kennel .RegardsPerryBTW - I wrote this the first thing when I got home, I am happy for the opportunity to let’s other pet owners know , there is a place that is safe, and loving and you don’t need to be apprehensive like I was at first“

“The staff at Dogs Farm were friendly and extremely knowlegable. They took time to evaluate our dogs and gave helpful tips and advice. We were given a tour and saw that a lot of time and thought went into creating the space for dogs. It is a beautiful place for our fur babies and we feel comfortable boarding them there while on a trip.“

“The cat grooming is amazing for our Siberian cats. They have very long hair and we always get the lion cut to clean them up.“
