I dropped off a pair of glasses for my grandmother that needed the nose piece fixed. I fully expected to be told to come back later to pick them up, but to my surprise they told me to wait, and they'd have it done in a minute. Less than 5 minutes later I'm out the door! I took my large family to Fitz today to get hair cuts for some of our boys. it was an amazing experience all around. my boys who typically hate hair cuts can't wait to go back! even the kids who didn't get cuts loved how comfy the couch was. Fitz had so much patience for my gaggle of children and even encouraged them to play his chess game. we will definitely make the 30 minute drive any time we need boys cuts.
One of the best hair salons I've been to for a while. Thanks to Carol, my daughter now has the confidence to get her hair cut again after having a few bad cuts throughout the years. She was so nervous and scared in the beginning, but Carol, talked to her and looked at the pictures she brought for reference while making her feel heard. We were heading to the beach from Pittsburgh when our truck broke down. We called a&s and they had a tow truck to us within 15 min. They even dropped us off at the hotel. They got to work quickly this morning, and sent a taxi to pick us up. Thank you souch to Scott and our wonderful tow truck driver, and the rest of the team who have us back on the road again!
