I had an issue with my Generac generator- I live an hour away from them - I wasn’t expecting it but they came promptly - diagnosed - were so professional and speedy. I can’t say enough about how thankful I am for their service.

They came out on a holiday to give us a free estimate and we had the mailed quote within days. After accepting the secured pricing, they kept us informed and stuck to their word. The installation was completed with care and the process was smooth. Highly recommended!

They do what they say.Crites Electric gets it done, they bring all the parts, they are the bestYou can not let your electrician buddy install your generator because1. Do you have the right gas pressure, for when your hot water tank fires at the same time as your generator?2. Does your buddy have a Natural Gas contractors license so the city and the gas company do not shut you off in a snow storm3.
