We were heading to the beach from Pittsburgh when our truck broke down. We called a&s and they had a tow truck to us within 15 min. They even dropped us off at the hotel. They got to work quickly this morning, and sent a taxi to pick us up. Thank you souch to Scott and our wonderful tow truck driver, and the rest of the team who have us back on the road again!
Mike came out to my car quickly on a Saturday evening. He was very friendly and very helpful. Made the experience as stress free as possible. Wasn’t sure how to get my spare unlocked, but he was able to look it up and figure it out. They don’t use the insurance I have, but I got a receipt to turn in to my insurance so it’s all good. I really appreciate the quick response because the tire blew and I had to pull over on an overpass. I had my son in the car too. Excellent service and extremely helpful.Service: Tire change
Our travel trailer broke down on I 79 North of Clarksburg WV. We called AAA and they dispatched J & S Towing and Recovery. They arrived within about 20 mins of our call. The trailer could not be towed so they had to left it onto a flat bed truck. I was super impressed with skill and ability with the handling of our travel trailer. It’s not an simple job to get a trailer onto a flat bed along the side of a busy interstate hwy. The driver was professional and courteous throughout the process.Service: Car towing
