From my very first call with Erin in the office until the very end of our time together, everyone at ICC has been very professional and so fun to work with! I’ve remodeled and built several restaurants across the state and this company has by far been the best to work with! As with any remodel/new build, you encounter issues and have to pivot quickly. I’ve never in all my years seen a team handle it like Noah and his team. When corporate vendors that we were forced to use for certain things didn’t show up to their part in the job, Noah and his team jumped in and made it happen. The sign vendor didn’t show to remove the signs so the painter could paint the exterior - Noah got the signs down immediately! The counter tops came in the wrong measurements, Noah quickly called his local guy and they had the correct countertops installed by the next day. When we ran into an issue with finishing the concrete in the entry, Noah personally took me to a local tile shop to pick out just the right flooring. This is just a few examples of how amazing they were! The painters are top notch too! I have never seen someone make sure every detail was perfect like they did! More importantly than anything else, Noah has built an incredible team and I can see why! They have fun but they never stopped working! I never saw any of them take a break other than lunch. As they were working, like any female, I kept adding things to their list but they never complained and got everything done several days ahead of schedule!!!! I cannot say enough great things about this company and I can’t wait to work with them on our next project. Do yourself a favor and hire this company to do your next project, you will not be disappointed!“
