Initially, my father only needed part-time assistance—help with medication reminders, keeping track of appointments, transportation to appointments, shopping, and everyday supervision. The agency handled all of the staffing and coordination, taking care of the countless details that I simply couldn’t manage from another state. The caregivers they provided were outstanding. They were dependable, trustworthy, patient, kind, respectful, and genuinely caring. They treated my father with dignity and understanding, even during moments when he was frustrated or resistant to accepting help. Their ability to build trust while maintaining professionalism made an enormous difference. What impressed me most was the level of involvement from Connor and his office staff. They didn’t just assign caregivers and disappear. They personally visited my father, helped him understand each step of this new phase in his life, and made sure he felt comfortable with the process. When my father suffered a fall and was hospitalized, Connor and his team visited him in the hospital to make sure he was receiving proper care and to provide eyes and ears on the ground when I couldn’t be there myself. That level of commitment meant the world to our family. Before finding this agency, I initially tried hiring caregivers privately. While some individuals were good, working with a professional agency of this caliber was dramatically better. The oversight, reliability, communication, backup support, and peace of mind simply cannot be matched. We had the Honey Do team remodel our bathroom completely. They removed a jetted tub and a shower unit and replaced them with a tiled shower with a built in bench and additional shower fixtures. Now instead of a dated bathroom we have a modern spa that is not only beautiful but so enjoyable to use. Let me add, that this was during some of the worst weather we have experienced and the crew was here early every morning and ready to go to work.

First time at On Point and I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so friendly. I had to switch the type of facial I was getting the day before my appointment and they worked with me to get everything sorted out. Nellie has a very warm personality and my skin felt great after my facial. She took time to give me advice and discuss other services that I was interested in. Also, I was carrying a lot of tension all over and Ashley worked all of that out during my massage. She regularly checked in with me and was patient when I asked questions. I don't treat myself often, but I will definitely come back here.

Kyndl trimmed me up about two weeks ago and ordered some extensions for me. I had grown my hair from a pixie and it was VERY AWKWARD and SHORT. She did a great job with the trim up and giving me something to work with and then my extensions came in….. LITERALLY FEEL LIKE A WHOLE NEW WOMAN. You can’t even tell my hair is barely at my shoulders. Perfect color match and she blended them in with my short little rat hairs sooooooo well. Even framed my face with the kinda bangs I already had!! I’m still in shock and I’m so pleased. Cannnnooottt recommend her enough!! 10/5 stars!! This is fresh and unwashed keep in mind.

I always had great success with going to City Slickers; and thought phenomenal work—you truly get what you pay for & I always felt good after & money well spent. After reading the reviews, & not been there in a very long time (moved) I feel a little skeptical; hair is a ladies asset and one we treasure, and TRUST whose hands we put it in—City Slickers has always been a lil pricey; however they’re up on trends, attend events about new trends, and I really do not want to be disappointed or broke/briken after a hair appointment. Who does?!

I called for repairs to a leaking hot water tank. They had someone out within an hour. The two technicians got right to work. Did a great job on the install and also helped get rid of the water from the leak. While they were there, they noticed a water pressure issue, diagnosed the problem and completed the additional work. Extremely pleased with the service, professionalism, and the price. I would gladly recommend them in the future.

I have been a client of Eric's (on and off) for over a decade. He is the BEST at all he does (and the types of services he is licensed to do are so beneficial) I stopped for a bit because he was in a medical office. Eric also supports non-profits in his community. He truly cares. Last May I started suffering severely from sciatica pain. I tried injections but with no relief. I found out Eric was back in his own home business and I was thrilled. I went ahead and took a self-care leap and signed up for his monthly massage package. The price is unbeatable anywhere. I chose 4 - 60 minute massages and I go ahead and book for the whole month at once so I am committing that time to myself and my health and well-being. The changes in my pain level and overall good feeling is a miracle and I attribute that to Erin and his knowledge of the best things to do for me. I love the comfort of his at-home setting because it puts me at ease rather than a clinical setting. Recently I also fractured a rib. The pain was almost unbearable. I endured it for a couple of weeks and when I told Eric he suggested cupping around the area. We did it and guess what, after that, no rib pain at all. He's a miracle worker really and he makes the services he provides individual to the persons needs (and wants). Eric listens to you when you tell him the areas that you need work in and the pressure. I can't preach the benefits enough. And I can't sing his praises enough. Make a commitment to yourself and go see Eric. You won't regret it!

Eulonda gave me such a gift today with an amazing massage!! I have been having pain in my neck and right shoulder for a week now. (8 yr old daughter got in bed with her dad and I and I slept on it wrong) She had a great mix in pressure in the massage. It has brought much relief. And now my husband is in the middle of his massage with her and I’m sure he is in heaven! We are in West Virginia (from Indianapolis) celebrating our 13 year wedding anniversary.
