My husband and I waited for 10 minutes twice in one visit. Bobby (the so called employee) ignored us both times. The first she was sitting on her butt chatting and the second she was failing to help another customer. Not once did she acknowledge our existence. Would it have been so hard to say I will be with you in a minute? No smile, unfriendly and rude!! We went to the other Walmart in Beckley and had wonderful customer service. Someone at McArthur needs to handle your business!
