Poor service. Came to check our heat pump because it was froze up. Told us it would need to thaw out for a days and to set the thermostat on emergency heat and charged us $142.00

I see a bunch of single star reviews and this doesn't even come close to accurately describing this company. I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years and these are some of the most skilled and professional men I have ever worked around. Period. Had a sewer backup a few weeks ago, called JH Holt Heating and explained my problem to a voicemail,.....still waiting to hear back....now that's how you get poor ratings!
