I love this clinic. The front office is always helpful with my difficult schedule and both Drs J Zafar and S Zafar have always been patient and truly listen to every complaint. They respond to my patient portal messages usually same day. My daughter and I have never left feeling dismissed or unheard. Wait times can be long but its because they are giving each patient the time they require. Traditional appointment slots just dont work in medicine, my office can get 2 hours behind some days so I understand this. You may need 2 minutes to say your good and get your refills or you may need 30 minutes. Give them grace when they get behind, good doctors are rare in this area.
Absolutely the best doctor in Beckley, he knows what he’s talking about and actually cares about his patients. He is the only one that I’ve met that actually knows how to handle my health issues (and I have a few). He doesn’t make you feel bad or feel like you’re a bother for having to come in more than just standard appointments. His staff is great as well, especially the receptionist. I don’t trust anyone as much as I do them. So thankful I found them when I did.
I cannot speak highly enough of my TMS therapy experience. The therapy worked great for me. I feel so much better than I have in years. Dr. Zafar and his staff are wonderful. Helpful, courteous and kind.
