Joe was supposed to order parts for our heater, he didn’t. He lied, said he’d ordered them, said he’d get back with us. It’s been over a month now. When asked about order parts he couldn’t decide which place he ordered them from. Said he’d call us back on that Friday afternoon, that’s been about 3 Fridays ago… no call. I highly suggest not going to Joe. You won’t get anything done with your heating unit.
