They handled my pet very well even after warned that he's not friendly, they did very well with his shots he didn't even notice.. my only issue was they asked me if I wanted to do a blood test on my pet, but failed to mention it was $75. I didn't notice till it was time to check out. I thought that was kind of dirty. The vet experience was good though.
I had an appointment, wasn't informed on much and it wasn't documented what time or anything. I tried calling multiple times just for someone to answer and place me on hold. If I could get any other vet I would, my cat deserves someone better than this joke. All I wanted was to reschedule my appointment, but that's not possible. Now I have to wait and see if my cat will be ok or not, because somebody couldn't take 1 phone call

They are super nice and worked with us because of the cost of the service is high. We came from California and couldn't walk through the door for under $300 just to see the vet. It was much better here. The building was also easy to find. The only problem, there's not enough chairs in the waiting room. Other than that I was completely satisfied.
