My husband and I planned a stick-built house in late
2024, but the estimate quickly spiraled

I was nervous about buying a modular home…we’ve all heard the horror stories. Gary Perdue at Silverpoint Homes in Beckley immediately put me at ease. He answered all of our questions and explained the whole process.
When we bought our home, there were no surprises. It cost exactly what Gary said it would cost. Silverpoint did exactly what they promised to do, when they said they’d do it, and everyone that we came into contact with, from Gary to the crews that set up and finished the house, was friendly, professional and seemed really excited for us.
We’ve been in our home for a month now, and we love it. As you always do with a new home, we had a small “ punch list” of things that needed to be done and Silverpoint sent someone out immediately to take care of them. We love our house and couldn’t be happier with our deal, start to finish. It’s rare that you can undertake such a big project and get through it without a single disagreement.
