Building a traditional home on our farm wasn't feasible after interviewing the few local builders in our area. Fortunately, we saw a Silver Point home down the road and checked out their website. From our first appointment with Gary—who was incredibly helpful and informative—to the final handoff, the experience was excellent.

I purchased my Silverpoint home at the Beckley, WV location. The salesman I dealt with was Dougal Smith. Dougal and everyone at this location were excellent to work with. They answered all my questions and resolved any concerns I had in a timely manner. I love my new home and highly recommend Silverpoint Homes! When you call ask for Dougal Smith!

From start to finish, Gary was professional, extremely responsive, and truly knowledgeable about every aspect of the home specifications. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident in every decision we made.
What really stood out was that he was never pushy—just helpful, honest, and focused on what was best for us. The entire process was smooth and stress-free because of him.
We absolutely love our modular home, and the best part is it came in at about half the price of what a traditional contractor would have charged.
