The crew at Silverpoint is great. Gary, Mark and Jeff were awesome to work with. We had a difficult build due to several factors beyond their control, but the end product is just what we wanted. They have been nothing but helpful for anything we needed. I would definitely recommend (and have told many people the same) Silverpoint for your next home.

I purchased my home from Silverpoint Homes in Lincolnton, NC. This was not the first home I have had built, but it was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience of them all. The staff and crew from the Lincolnton office are professional, friendly, and well experienced. These people know how to get things done right! The quality of the work and materials used in my home are excellent. Anytime I called for any reason someone was there to answer my question or I would get a return call later that same day. I would recommend Silverpoint Homes to anyone looking to build a home. Mark, Lisa, Jake, I love my new home! Thank you so much.

Ask for Douglas Smith..very informative ?. An honest man that gives you the best advice, ideas and tips on getting what we wanted. Definitely not a waste of time here!! Go look at these beautiful affordable homes .FYI, I would like to add now that we are done that in the process of getting home done they didn't tell us that we could paint seal the foundation before home came and had to call once a wk to find out what's next. We were first new home buyers and they weren't very helpful in what needs done.
