Sam was fair, honest, punctual and skilled at his work. His Team worked very hard, in challenging topography and a steep (12:12) roof and completed the work in half the time of his original estimate. His crew kept the job site neat and orderly and worked around site conditions, often times moving things, then putting them back. We discussed two change orders and Sam was fair and reasonable.
