Every one comes to the yoga mat with their own body, emotions, expectations and aspirations. Bringing all that to a class, a space shared with others bringing the same stuff, can be daunting, even prohibitive.
Attending Angie’s classes, one senses very quickly that in her own yoga journey she has understood all of this and is developing and honing her skills in responding to where all the True Nature yogis are at in their journey. This, for me, is essential; there are more yoga teachers, modalities and dilutions available now than any time in history. Such a peaceful place…. The yoga was not stressful it really was accommodating to all levels. I am just getting back into it after several months away due to a major surgery. I felt welcome and supported. See you for the sound bath!
