You have a room to yourself and get to chose your comfort level for how you want to spend your time in the float. You can choose what sounds you have playing while you are in it, which are just divine. Even though it’s 1 or 1.5 hours the time goes by so fast. This is a great way to reset the body and mind by letting other senses melt away.“
