My journey at the Marshfield Clinic, Minocqua, began at the Urgent Care Center and ended in the urology office of urologist Dr Paulette Holley. The Urgent Care staff and Dr Holley and her staff provided efficient, compassionate, skillful, and cheerful care for me and my health problem. In a word, the professional care I received exceeded my expectations.
Even though Vilas and Oneida counties are in the middle of the busiest season of the year, the care I received was neither rushed nor delayed. Went for a blood test and there was virtually no waiting. I checked in 15 minutes before appointment time, sat for 5 minutes and was called. Out the door before my appointment time.
