Pet Retreat in Wisconsin Dells was such a blessing for our family! We had an unexpected situation when we found out our resort didn’t allow pets, and Pet Retreat came through for us.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, genuine, and clearly people who really love what they do. The place is IMMACULATE !!!! it honestly feels like a little spa retreat for dogs! Cozy decor, super organized, clean, and you can tell they have high standards. Eric and his mom run a really nice operation.

They were so kind to us and our dog, and I really appreciated how seriously they take the dogs’ medical records and safety. I didn’t get to see the inside living quarters, but if it’s anything like the outdoor grounds, I’m sure the pups are living good!

“We’ve been taking our GSD to The Dog House since she was a couple months old. She’s 7 now, and all we have to do is say “daycare” and she gets so excited. The crew at The dog House have become a second family to her. It’s a great place for a dog to go to get some energy out. There is a wide open space indoors where all the dogs play and run, and there is a large pen outside for lots of activities.

We don’t know what we’d do without The Dog House. We joke that we can’t move because we can’t take Hera out of her school district, lol. A huge thank you to the crew for taking care of our girl for the past 7 years and the many years to come!“
