I reached out to MCM to get a quote to compare to others for a replacement of my current A/C unit - Mike didn't make any assumptions, he asked questions to understand why I was wanting to replace the unit. After inspecting a few things, and discussing my needs, Mike recommended not replacing the unit, that there was no need, as the existing unit was operating as expected. The other contractors didn't inspect anything. Mike also helped my understand what I should look for if there are any future issues - MCM will be the first call I make the next time I need HVAC service.
