Ryan Michael came out to fix my central air. He was incredibly knowledgeable. What was super great was he took the time to explain everything to me. He even showed me how to better clean the outside unit and gave me tips on where to find the best cheapest air filter. I appreciate him so much!!

I hired Martens to clean my air conditioner and service my furnace three months ago. (They were recommended by my painter.) I was so pleased with the work Jeremiah did and how informative he was that I decided to have Martens back to install a heat pump.
Jeremiah did the footwork for the estimate, explaining what they would do and how they would do it. He even returned a second time to go over everything again and answer lingering questions.
Martens deserves 10 stars for excellent service, followup, and a flawless installation. It is very apparent to me that they hire technicians with a strong work ethic. That's hard to come by these days.
