“My one year old daughter chipped her two front teeth and they were able to see us the same day! So blown away by how awesome everyone I met on the team was today and how great they were with her. I’m awful at remembering names lol. Need to make a New Year’s Resolution or something about that but anyways. Hopefully if anyone reads this you remember us or can check the time stamp on this post. The receptionist was super friendly. The hygienist was hilarious. Love her. She seems so genuinely kind and conscientious. The dentist was also amazing. We didn’t feel rushed and he took the time to answer all my anxious, rapid fire questions thoroughly. Looking forward to transferring the whole family here.“

“Dr. Batchelor is and his dental assistants are excellent professionals. It had been *years* since I last went to the dentist because I didn't like how I was treated at the last office. I was always yelled at for not flossing (yes, I know I should, but I don't) and my dentist constantly kept scheduling me for various procedures done that I didn't want to get done (wisdom teeth extraction, fillings for teeth that didn't have cavities but were "in danger" of getting cavities, getting braces, etc.). When I spoke to Dr. Batchelor and his assistants about my issues with my last dentist, they did not pressure me to get procedures that I thought were unnecessary at the moment but still explained why I could think about it and revisit the issue later down the road. Getting my pearly whites cleaned is one reason to smile. Another reason is that after your appointment you can get a bottle of water and fresh baked cookie. I almost looked forward to my teeth cleanings every 6 months. If I still lived in the area I would definitely still be going here for my dental needs.“
