Furnace went out with an awful electrical smell, He was here within 15 minutes and had the problem diagnosed within 10 min. Outside Temps where below zero and the furnace board was melted down and heat exchange was cracked. I have had some experience with heating and cooling through previous employers but by far even remotely an expert (enough to be dangerous) the furnace was 21 years old and the brand was notorious for these problems. He informed us of the options as far as replacement as I knew this brand was not repairable for this problem. Gave us prices and model's as an option but informed us the cheaper model would do more then what our current would have... read full review
Our furnace “burned up” at about 8:00 pm with a predicted overnight low of-6. I called and left a message and he returned the call within 3 minutes! He arrived at my door within 15 minutes! The 21 year old furnace needed replacement. They arrived by 8:30 the next morning and we had heat running again in about 2 hours! That’s what I call service!!!!Service: Heating system installation
