Reynold's has done a great job of servicing our HVAC system twice/year for many years. Last January, we had to replace our furnace and had them install a 97% efficient Bryant Evolution as it was eligible for a tax rebate. Then, in June, we had to replace our 36 year old A/C unit as well and went with the unit they recommended. We're very pleased with the results. As usual, everyone at Reynolds is knowledgeable, friendly and prompt.
The customer service level at Reynolds is top notch. From Ashley scheduling the appointments and handling the paperwork to Jason installing/servicing the equipment I've experienced nothing but courteous and professional customer service from the entire Reynolds Team.
