We were a little nervous about our session with Jan because we didn't know what to expect. It was our first ever professional photo session with our two dogs. Once we got to her home, we immediately felt at ease. She was kind, organized, and very personable. Jan is very talented and was great with our pups. The session was a lot of fun! The photos we selected are beautiful.

Reynold's has done a great job of servicing our HVAC system twice/year for many years. Last January, we had to replace our furnace and had them install a 97% efficient Bryant Evolution as it was eligible for a tax rebate. Then, in June, we had to replace our 36 year old A/C unit as well and went with the unit they recommended. We're very pleased with the results. As usual, everyone at Reynolds is knowledgeable, friendly and prompt.

Not only is the shop so clean and spacious it doesn’t feel as unapproachable as other shops I’ve been to. The artists helped me feel welcome even though it was my first time in the space itself.

I decided to treat myself to a much needed change for my birthday and it has ended up being several weeks of an emotional rollercoaster.
On top of a difficult cut, I have pretty high anxiety and OCD which makes things difficult at times, but I am always willing to pay for my satisfaction.
After 3 attempts between awful color and cut at Cost Cutters, I called Robins Nest.
June was great. She could see the errors from the previous stylist and tried to keep the same cut. The layers were so uneven that we had to go pretty short. Once I got home and tried to style it, it was obvious that I needed a different cut altogether in order to have some sort of shape as things grow out.
I left a quick message and was called back immediately the following morning. She got me back in and did what she could to salavage a style that I can live with.
I tried to make small talk to help me feel comfortable communicating, but it wasn't well received and did impact my ability to speak up further. I would have asked her to taper even closer to my neck and round the edges to avoid this boxed look I'm left with on top of everything else, but that's on me. It's been hard to know what to say when I went from shoulder length hair to a pixie-bob without intention or desire.
Outside of that, she took care in pinning things up, checking layers, ensuring evenness and working with what she was given. I feel like she took pride in her work. All in all, I wish I had called here first.
