“We used this facility for 13 years for our dog. They have always gone above and beyond. From the time he was a puppy until we had to put him down we were treated with love and respect. Animal care is a tough field and often not respected enough. We were always respected and given honest upfront care and decent pricing. We were never pressured and if we couldn't afford something given realistic options. When we had to put our dog down it was such a traumatic day and the staff here made the transition for me and my family so much easier. To the phone calls I had prior and the actual appointment I couldn't have asked for more staff or better service. When we got a new puppy they were happy to take us back on as clients and at our first appointment (which happened to come up last minute) they were so accommodating and got us in same day. They were again so kind and reassuring it made the whole experience amazing. My animals are so special to me I would never imagine going anywhere else. They truly care about not just the animals but the owners too.“

Not just about care and feeding, also anxiety and breed specific behavior.

Chucks gonna need Prozac. And I do believe the medical team was a bit wary of him. Rightly so, I will have to muzzle him for
Flyer visits.

Also, would like to request a Prozac fix for
Chuck. I have tried some of the alternatives.but heck, if it works for me, maybe it will help him as well.

“Excellent Vet! Our Bernease Mountain Dog was acting sick and we thought he may have been bitten by a tic. Dr Arnold was able to get him in right away for examination. It turned out that he had swallowed something large and there was actually something lodged in his intestines. Dr. Arnold immediately let us know, and the following day went into surgery for removal. Everything went as planned and we have our Dog back healthy as can be. Thanks to all the wonderful staff!!“

“I recently returned to KVC to get a second opinion on allergies in a French Bulldog. Dr Chris was kind, clear and precise. He knew what and how to treat my dog. The other vet offered a confusing array of options and was unsure if I was dealing w a food/ or environmental allergy. Years back I had another issue w/ a Frenchie. I was terrified. Dr Paul was just as kind, calm and precise. That issue was vertigo. He diagnosed and treated it in one visit. I left KVC because of their location. However, I trust their experience and knowledge. I suspect I will be returning there for the rest of my veterinary needs. The knowledge and experience is worth the drive. I hope neither Doc ever retires.“

“A little expensive but what isn't these days. I've been taking my pets there for a couple years now. They are great with the everyday needs of my adult dogs. Had some issues when taking in a litter of puppies we had but other than that our expirence is positive“

I called and spoke with Laura who was extremely helpful checking to see if the food was in stock, and letting me know the food would be set aside for me when I stopped in. I brought my dog’s written prescription from her primary care provider, and Michaela was very professional and kind as she inputted my info and checked out the food. The clinic itself is very clean, bright, and inviting. I’m comforted knowing that if I’m in town again, and my pup needs care or food, this clinic will be where I go!“

“This place is great. When your pet needs to be seen right away, they are open 24/7. To have a service in this area where you can get labs immediately provides great comfort. The building is very clean and the staff is friendly. You do pay a small premium for the service, however having to staff a building 24/7 can’t be cheap. Very happy with service“
