DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE THEY WILL EXTORT YOU FOR MONEY THEN CHANGE RECORDS & LIE SAYING THEY GAVE RECOMMENDATIONS My dog Fendi had to be put dog May 25th 2023 because this veterinary hospital failed to properly diagnose and treat her condition. To sum it all up I noticed two small bumps in her veins on March 17. I was told not to worry about it maybe it swollen cause of her heat cycle. So I'm like ok in May though May 8th to be exact her condition and health took a turn. I took her to her primary because she started to vomit couldn't get food down. I was told maybe she caught an infection because we had been traveling went to the Kentucky Derby & sent home with a prescription to stop the vomiting. It didn't work they called to check up I told them she was still sick they recommend making her boil chicken. That didn't work on the 15th I took her back explained the symptoms again this time they took X-rays blood work gave her two shots one antibiotic one to stop the vomiting. She got back home next day had the worse bloody diarrhea I ever seen. I called them they said it's probably a reaction from the medication. I didn't like the answer so I called her old vet in Milwaukee she asked if they gave her an ultrasound I said no she recommended me to a specialist. Her appointment was supposed to be on the 30th only she didn't make it. I was driving to Madison to see my sister she was looking real sick and I noticed her stomach about to swell. I rushed her to an emergency specialist place oh I love them Madison Veterinary Specialist to be exact. Where she went under X-ray again when her primary said they did then charged me for it but it wasn't in her records ultrasound sound and a bunch of test that was $1,700 in total when I already spent a total of a thousand on previous visits with her primary. Just to come back and tell me she has cancer blood clots and swollen other masses to the point where surgery wouldn't even save her she had to be put down. They totally dropped the ball then lied about it when I called for answers I also went up there today almost went to jail because they called the police on me after showing me papers of so called recommendations they never offered me but said they did. EVERYONE WHO KNOWS ME KNOW I WILL DO ANY AND EVERYTHING FOR MY DOG I would give them NO STARS if I can.

The vet is somewhat unreliable and a bit lazy. She does not explain medical conditions very thoroughly, and suggests very limited options for treatment. We have been disappointed more than once and plan to look for a new vet.
