“Scott is the best around! A few years ago my furnace went out in the middle of the winter. Every place I called couldn't make it to the next day and wanted both arms and a leg for emergency service. Scott also couldn't make it that day but he took the time to help me troubleshoot on the phone and locate a part for me to go buy and replace. Got my furnace up and running in less than 2 hours.

Fast forward to present day. Purchased a house with a 35 year old furnace and no central air. Did my due diligence to get pricing, all while keeping in mind my previous experience. “We contacted Comfort Touch on a Sunday night. We explained what was happening with our furnace. He let us know an emergency visit would not help us. He came promptly Monday morning, assessed our issue, found the part locally. explained the potential cost, picked up our part and installed it all in less than 90 minutes. “We had a boiler from the mid-90's that decided not to draft properly and vented CO into our house at 2:30AM. Gilray came out quickly later that morning and we decided to upgrade to a high efficiency boiler with it's own air intake and exhaust. They were able to fit us into their schedule and about 10 days after the incident we have a brand new HE Boiler. Their install looks very clean and they were able to answer any of our questions beforehand. We are very pleased with the finished product and how quickly they were able to order and install the new boiler as the weather is getting colder.
