This project involved replacing a half circle window above the front window with a rectangle window and the front door and storm door with a rectangle window replacing the half circle window above it. Upon completion of that our siding was replaced with new vinyl. The project went well despite a few hiccups (major rot below our front window and door due to a poor installation of both by another contractor). Both issues were fixed correctly and the rest of the installation went well. The rectangle windows really updated the look of our house and my wife and I are very pleased with the end result. I own an over 100 year old home with a walk out patio door in the basement. I was extremely worried about the wood surrounding my basement windows and door as it was severely rotted and I knew the windows/door by itself wouldn't be cheap. The draft in the winter from the door and surrounding wood was pretty horrible and I work from home out of my basement.
Well, everything is done now and I can't express my gratitude enough! Stromberg has the best employees that made everything seamless and comfortable. Outstanding Experience – True Professionals!
Being a contractor myself, I know how hard it can be to invite someone into your home to get work done. We’ve had our fair share of ups and downs with different contractors over the years — but this company was a completely different experience from the start.
