We had Ideal Electric come out to give us an estimate for a whole house generator. Jeremy was very friendly and easy to talk to. He was also very informative and was able to answer all of our questions.

I have been calling other electricians throughout the years to address my issue. I was constantly put off or my calls were simply not responded to. Ideal answered my call, came to check out my request, and got down to business within days. Communication was wonderful and the guys who did the work were kind, responsible, patient, and respectful. They left my house and surroundings just as they were prior to arrival. They will be my go to from now on.

Well he was very nice to meet. He looked at my home. I messaged him for an estimate and waited over a week and never got one for the possible work. He told me he would be happy to a combat veteran, yet never heard back from him. He did say he had 15 estimates to do, but it’s been over a week for an estimate and electrical codes to my project
