I went in to have my staff shirt dry cleaned and folded for a business trip. I went to pick them up and they were not folded all hung on hangers. Not the biggest deal in the world but frustrated. No apology nothing and the receipt stated to be folded. Fast forward a month I came into get a few items dry cleaned. This time EVERYTHING was folded and I didn’t ask for anything to be folded and btw you get charged more for folded items. Not happy at all. I choose not to go back for at least 6 months. I went about two weeks ago. Very nice staff person there - I told her what I just wrote. She promised me they would all be hung for me. Great!! Guess what... half hung...read full review
