I absolutely hate navigating health insurance system and have only been given the run around by doctors offices and insurance companies in all of my experience dealing with anything relating to health insurance. Sadie & her team have made everything so so easy and straightforward (by doing everything for me..) from setting up my insurance, to potentially cancelling it, to finding out what may be covered, to how I can save money, etc etc, and anytime I have a question about my plan I send an email and receive a thorough response within hours on a business day.
