Changing insurance companies is never exciting. Working with Kelly, made the process so much easier. She was knowledgeable, professional and able to find me better coverage at a significant savings!! I am looking forward to a long relationship.
What makes the Starr group great? Their team members.. When I call, and I do too often. I get a very kind, helpful, yes I can person on the other end of the phone. I don't think I have ever called and talked to any team member that they were just so so. I have had other ins. agencies handle my accounts over the years but I have gladly moved all my accounts to the stellar Starr team.
The Starr Group is GREAT! Quick, knowledgeable responses to insurance questions every time I call. Staff is very personable, polite, and I enjoy speaking with them. Thank you for your help Tracy!
