Called to have a quote, showed up same day! 3 days later they were here taking care of all our plumbing needs. Arnie and Hunter were fast , efficient and very knowledgeable. We had an early morning plumbing problem on a holiday weekend. We called Rozga's 24/7 emergency number because they have treated us well when we have had service needs in the past. Arnold was the plumber on call, and called me back about 10 minutes after I left a message. He spent 45 minutes on the phone with me to talk through our situation and helped me run some tests to diagnose potential problems so we could develop a game plan and determine together the best next steps for our needs. Throughout the call, Arnold was calm, thoughtful, rational, and clearly had our best interests in mind. He made me feel like our home is in good hands with Rozga.
