I just had Dan assist me as I had a leak and needed drains snaked. My building is old and it was unsure if he had a part to fix a leak. We'll be found the part thus saving me from the worst case scenario. He was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I feel he went above and beyond. I also appreciated how he was able to come sooner than scheduled. ( I called yesterday and got an appointment thr next day!) Additionally I really appreciate the communication and even receiving a text with the technicians name and picture - I am a single woman and that provided a peace of mind. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Ray N showed up promptly and took care to hear our concerns and what we wanted addressed. He made sure to put down protective tarp to protect our floors and addressed all concerns in a very timely and professional manner. He let us know what had been causing our issues and what he had done to correct them while also testing to ensure the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Great service and would highly recommend Rozga and Ray N!
