I am still irritated that the Greenfield Police Department required us to use N&S to remove our vehicle from the scene of an accident rather than use our own towing company. However, Stephanie at N&S listened with empathy and quickly responded to our request not to be ripped off with high daily storage rates and fees. We're all trying to do more with less, and Stephanie showed us that caring people do exist.

Ok place not like the Chicago ones, people were actually friendly and did try to help. We were repoing a vehicle from impound, the red tape was appalling between us the police and the yard was difficult but was the law . Police were extremely slow to respond it took 4 hours but overall it could have been worse.

We went to clean out our car after an accident and it was towed to N&S. The person working in the office was very helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. Appreciate the great customer service!
