Amazing service. My 3rd call (other ETAs were 1.5 hours). They picked up right away, gave me a short ETA, and Julio & his tow truck pulled up within SIX minutes!!!! Payment was easy, done via text link, and they provided a receipt. Julio let me ride with him, suggested a mechanic to me, and even gave me his thoughts on what the problem could be. I HIGHLY recommend these guys — it was a pleasure chatting with Julio after such a bad, unexpected breakdown on the expressway at 10pm.
We had a great experience. Our ball joint snapped and ripped out the axle which obviously left us stranded on the side of the street. When we called they answered pretty quick and had a truck out to us in a very reasonable time. No issues loading and unloading the vehicle. Our driver Julio was super nice and down to earth. He even recommended a mobile mechanic that came out the very next day to diagnose the car and had it fixed the next morning. In fact he would have had it done quicker if I didn't waste time not contacting him sooner lol all in all I'm extremely happy and grateful of the swift resolution of this whole incident. Thanks again 😁
these people are legit when they say they’re 24 hours. my call was answered right away & within minutes. they gave me a 45 minute wait roughly and less than 20 min our driver Julio pulled up. Julio was super kind & helpful. even gave us a referral to a mobile mechanic. beyond grateful for the tonight & making sure my man & i got home sat with our car.
