We called Milwaukee Plumbing to come to our home to fix two issues that we were having, an outdoor water spicket that wasn't working and our shower had very low water pressure. They were quick, responsive, and upfront with their pricing.
I will admit, we called and got quotes from other companies before calling Milwaukee Plumbing, and the other companies quoted us thousands for a job that Milwaukee got done in the hundreds and in less than two hours! Paul was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and answered every question I had. He even explained to me why things broke, and what I can do as a home owner to try and troubleshoot these issues myself in the future. Along with that, I had some future projects on my radar, and he explained to me how involved those would be to do and gave me some rough time quotes which is helpful to budget. He was also very respectful that we had a newborn sleeping in the house while he was working.
The Milwaukee team, especially Paul, have earned our business for projects in the future! I even told my my mother-in-law who is a realtor how impressed we were, and she added Milwaukee Plumbing to her preferred vendors list to share with her home buyers!
You can tell that Milwaukee Plumbing does honest work, without trying to gouge you at every turn, and puts an emphases on customer retention. You guys gained a customer for life! Thanks again!
