I have worked with Mike and his plumbers at Mike Ingrilli Plumbing for over 20 years and in 3 different homes with two in Milwaukee County and one in Washington County. The reason I continued to seek out the services of Mike and his team after multiple moves is because of the excellent customer service, professionalism and fair pricing that I have experienced.
As with any lengthy service relationship, there have been issues at times and I have been even more impressed by Mike's prompt and efficient resolution of these issues. I've had them over to fix issues that were causing a leak from my kitchen sink. They had the parts on hand, got it fixed quickly, and correctly the first time. Would definitely recommend.

Water was running from the upstairs bathroom down the wall in my kitchen and into my basement. In a panic I called Mike. He calmed me down, told me what to do and sent Joe over in the morning. Joe was very polite and thorough. He worked his butt off to find the issue. I am grateful for the quick response and all the work that was done!
