Fortunately, Michael from PC Repair and Networking was so very helpful when it came to the machine I brought in. He told me what needed to be fixed, and what could be salvaged. (Yay! I didn't ruin it completely). I purchased the parts I needed, and brought the machine back. Within 24 hours, (the real 24-hours, and not a business 24-hour time period), Michael had it running like new! He told me everything he did, and even spent extra time trying to track down some drivers that Windows kept alerting him about. They ended up not being needed, but we all know Windows .. it likes to be persistent in its recommendations. He charged me a more than reasonable price for all the work he performed, and this machine is running perfectly with its new lease on life. Thank you Michael and Amy for everything!
