This is very hard to have to write this, and give this low of a rating but I didn’t think it should go without saying something after this last incident.

I have been going to see Dr. Eric Knight for over 15 years. I really miss the way the office was before they brought MyEyeDr on board. I’ve had concerns with them (MyEyeDr) from the beginning. Here are a few examples; From them being rude, cold, especially the new front office manager and unapologetic about it, I have been charged for things that I never was prior, trying to push patients to see other eye doctors, to having issues with receiving my new eyewear when told they would be ready. This is the only location I like to come to in the area. They don't try to sneak in extras for one. Tonight, Andi was able to perform a miracle, and fix my sons arm on his glasses.... again. Awesome customer service here!

Went to this office. The wait was a little lengthy but they were very busy. The staff was awesome. Dr. Knight was great at explaining everything that was going on. I'm really glad I came here.
