Vision Mart West Allis is a friendly and convenient eye care center known for its helpful staff and thorough service. Customers appreciate the polite and calming demeanor of the staff, including a friendly African American lady who assisted with selecting lenses and a staff member named Stacy who was described as fantastic and extraordinary. The team, which also includes Crystal, Tiffany, Sureka, Kayla, and Fantasia, consistently provides fast, friendly, and helpful service, making visits pleasant and easy, especially for those new to the location. The staff members are attentive and patient, helping customers find the best lenses and making the process smooth. Many customers note that their eye exams are thorough, resulting in better vision. However, some express disappointment with the limited selection of glasses, especially for those with larger faces, as the frames are small and not suitable for everyone. Overall, the location is convenient and trusted for eye exams and glasses, with a welcoming environment and outstanding customer care.
We’ve been up here four times to get our glasses and this person is never here in the store. They say they’re open but they never open. This is crazy. What type of business is this? We want our glasses we paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars for them.
I came to pick up my daughter‘s glasses, and we saw a sign on the gate in front of visionmart. I understand that people need to take a break throughout the day, but the whole staff? Very messy looking and unprofessional. Under the post it it says they’re coming back at three, but then they covered it up and said 330. They couldn’t even bother to make another cheap sign with the correct time?
This store sucks I would never recommend this store 3 days now..Noone there closed when they are supposed to be open... been waiting since may 5th for my glasses I paid 300$ for.. also shecould not tell me why I havnt got them yet and when they are there they don't answer the phone
