Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I've had the pleasure of having Ziad out to work on my ac unit a few times now. Hes done an outstanding job every time. This time he came out very quickly on a Sunday to replace a part on the ac unit. Completed his work very quickly and my air is cool once again in the 90 degree heat.
