Wonderful experience! I joined this car wash after my car wash closed. Mike, the manger, was great at explaining the various wash options and monthly packages. I loved the car wash and the detail center which was a nice featureButo what made my experience great was my interactions with the Mike and the employees. Happy customer here!
I drove to this Take 5 Car Wash today because I had come one other time and was satisfied with the results I received. Today I went through the automated car wash. Then proceeded to the free vacuum area to finish my car cleaning process. I went to the rear of my SUV to vacuum the cargo area and discovered the hatch was barely cleaned. I went to the office and asked the young man, I believe his name is Henry(If not, please forgive me) to take a look at my car. (I wasn’t angry because there might be a good reason for that to happen) I was right; they were waiting for a repair on that rear brush mechanism, that holds it in the proper place to clean that part of the car....read full review
