I love this White Water location! The manager Doug always has a smile on his face, so friendly and welcoming! I’ve never had an issue here. I come in the morning when they open to avoid the crowd during busy times. Overall I will continue to be a member here!

Doug is absolutely hands down a true example of exceptional customer service. Day in and day out I have been greeted and thanked for my business with eye contact and a friendly wave. He’s always busy and working efficiently and still finds time and makes effort to have a great attitude and make customers feel valued and appreciated. He is the gold standard and what the service industry is missing. Please give this man a raise and a leadership post he deserves it.Side note: kindly open you restrooms back up to your customers. I have to give credit to the young blonde lady who took the time to actually brush my rear bumper, therefore making it easier and faster to clean. Tje other local wash has never paid that much attention to detail.
