HouseCall came out on a Saturday morning and we had a prescription in hand within an hour. Even received a follow-up text the next day. Definitely recommend using this service.“

6901 W Edgerton Ave, Greenfield“This building is home to approx. 17 offices. Urgent care, pharmacy, Lab, variety of doctors. I've always found the staff well organized and knowledgeable. The place is clean. You have access to wheelchairs, there is one dinky elevator in the middle ( offices) but if you are having any mobility issues and have an appnt and than go to pharmacy for example you may want to grab a chair. I've gotten there a little late and even security helped me get in the building and providing me a wheelchair to get me to Urgent care to see if they could draw labs since I missed the lab appnt and they were closed. Very accommodating and got what I needed. It's a very nice little clinic with no fuss yet very professional. Some specialties ,, ex. Cardiologist may come there only on Tuesday but will accommodate you at their main office. Check in out,, I'm very pleased.“

I don't remember names but I remember kindness and compassion (I also prayed before going) but they dug into my health history probably more than I wanted but they did what was right and treated and tested me accordingly. Not sure about the low reviews I thought the staff was great!“

“Not sure about these whiner reviews here. Usually you get back what you put into something. Anyway, I had arrived about 10 mins. prior to the Sunday 8 a.m. opening hour. Sunday December 29th. You would have thought that there was some kind of bargain sale going on! Wow. That many sickies, including me?! They're jockeying their position to be up front and center. Approaching the only one reception woman working (What ails you? The check in reception desk), we had a pleasant exchange and I was already on my way to be cared for. Upon being called into a patient room by M.A. Mirat (spelling?), we exchanged cordial greetings as well. Here comes the waiting in the patient room game part. So, this is after she had taken my vitals and entered my "medical complaints" into their computer's system. After several minutes waiting, Dr. Hill (she) was great to have a meaningful dialogue with. She listened quite well. I am very happy, and feel confident I was placed on the right treatment course. I came in for like a stomach flu (diarrhea). There's a doctor shortage, unfortunately. Good luck seeing your primary care doctor on a short notice. Urgent Care, exactly what it says.“
