“June 2018 I called and received services for my granddaughter. This is the place that officially announced my first great grandson. Yes, the staff was professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I am PRO-LIFE so I was looking for services that would help my granddaughter have her baby and still manage to finish high school. They had a lot of informational resources they provided to her. Thank you Eye Witness for Life. My healthy great grandson is currently 6 years old and will be 7 years this year. I should had done this review way before now but I kept thinking about your company today and went to Google maps and found you. What better time than to do a review today. “This building is home to approx. 17 offices. Urgent care, pharmacy, Lab, variety of doctors. I've always found the staff well organized and knowledgeable. The place is clean. You have access to wheelchairs, there is one dinky elevator in the middle ( offices) but if you are having any mobility issues and have an appnt and than go to pharmacy for example you may want to grab a chair. I've gotten there a little late and even security helped me get in the building and providing me a wheelchair to get me to Urgent care to see if they could draw labs since I missed the lab appnt and they were closed. Very accommodating and got what I needed. It's a very nice little clinic with no fuss yet very professional. Some specialties ,, ex. Cardiologist may come there only on Tuesday but will accommodate you at their main office. Check in out,, I'm very pleased.“

“Due to COVID, you aren't currently allowed to bring guests with you to appointments so I had mine waiting in the car. I got checked in and the receptionist let me know they were running a bit behind and I would have an additional 20-30 minute wait. That was fine and I appreciated knowing ahead of time. I was able to have my guest leave and go do things in the meantime while I waited. For my appointment I had Mel (clinic manager) as my main contact. He went through my concerns and general health questions first and we chatted about mutual interest. He's super caring and outgoing and made me feel very comfortable and safe. I had at one point mentioned I faint easily with blood and he remembered that for later on. When the nurse practitioner came in, she was a little rushed because she was the only one there for the lunch hour and still running a little behind, but she took good care of me, explained several different issues and fixes, and also was helpful with current events. She noted there's a 300% increase in syphilis in our area and asked if I wanted to be checked for that just in case. That test is a blood draw, so her and Mel both came in for it. He held my hand and chatted me up to keep me distracted and she quickly got my blood on the first try. Afterwards Mel gave me a Kool Aid and waited until I was okay to stand. I also needed care, so they gave me the medication before I even left and a call with results in 7-10 days. I've noticed some older reviews that are more negative, but this clinic has totally turned a corner and I think Mel has done a great job making it a wonderful location for care!“

“All the negative feed back. Yes I waited 2.5 hours but it was because I walked in.& I did get seen.Maby if u come 15 min before they open & be the first patient your experience will b better, I mean Its not rocket science.“

“I am so grateful for the medical team at Aurora! My 9 y/o daughter had an emergency cough and fever and they got her right in. NP Sarah & Dr. Kim were both wonderful with my daughter, and made things easy for me. There was an issue with getting my daughter's medical equipment, and Cathy came through like an angel incarnate to make sure my daughter could receive her equipment and medical treatment. So grateful for everyone there!
