“I went to see Dr. Augustine and I thought he was great. No beating around the bush, very upfront and honest. He genuinely cared about my health goals and told me exactly what needed to be done. His assistant, Erik was such a kind soul and a breath of fresh air.As nice as the front desk lady was, I think they should implement a system for new patients so they don’t have to answer 20 personal questions at the front desk- I had to say out loud: my insurance information, the fact that I am a military member, the name of my employer, my emergency contact and number as well as my social security number!!I hope that one lady awkwardly staring at me in the waiting room wasn’t taking notes!”
