Dickenschrauf does consistently great work, They are knowledgeable, communicative, fair, and easy to do business with. I wish I knew companies in other trades that were so reliable and trustworthy.
Dickenschrauf Plumbing, Heating has been great. They were referred to me by a friend. I was having a problem with my toilets that had to do with my water softener. I spoke with the owner and he walked me through what I needed to do over the phone and it was successful and I wasn’t even a client yet. I have now signed up with them to check my AC and furnace yearly. I trust them completely.
Can’t say enough good things about the service I received during my plumbing emergency. My tankless water heater wasn’t working & we were still seeing cold 20 degree weather, so they made it out within hours & assisted by reviewing the manufacturer warranty 1st instead of trying to sell me a new install. Great pricing as well in comparison to others, while promptly providing a proposal (within hours).
