Window World is a very good quality window at a great price. We did our windows a few at a time until they had all been replaced. They've been installed for quite a few years now and we've only had a couple of minor issues. Window World was quick to take care of the problem with their life time warranty. I'm super happy with my windows.

We had three windows that had broken parts. The repairers, Ted and James, were on time and worked efficiently. The windows worked smoothly when they were done 25 minutes later. I love my new windows! Window World of Wausau gave me exactly what I wanted. The installers were efficient, pleasant, accurate and greatly improved my home. Do not buy from window world. They said 4 to 6 weeks to get the window. It showed up 4 months later, with caulk on the inside of the window and I can't get them to replace it. Said they were going to replace it made a appointment and they never showed. So now iam stuck with a picture window full of caulk.
