If cost is your only concern, Window World is a decent option. If you're looking for a company that will follow up, address concerns, call or email you back and not continually drop the ball, then Window World Wausau is not your solution. Continual disappointment in their lack of follow up and follow through. The constant "excuse" is that they are busy or short handed. Well, guess what, so is EVERYONE! And to continue to say that makes the assumption that nobody else is busy. I've worked with them several times on the same project over the years and keep hoping for a better experience. Dallas and Joe were great gentlemen. They did a fantastic job installing our windows. I would recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows. Window World of Wausau is a fabulous company. Our new windows are beautiful.

Window World did my window replacement and some existing window wrap. I was more then pleased with the outcome.. There is No comparison with this company versus other window companies. From the time I ordered to the time they were finished, everything was very professional and the installers were EXCELLENT!! Not to mention, spot-on on the timeline...I highly recommend this company and will go back to them with any further projects I may have ... Thank you !!!Services: Window installation
